RV space rates are based upon 4 occupants, 1 dwelling, 1 vehicle and 2 pets for a minimum of 1 month. Pet size and breed restrictions apply. A second vehicle may be permitted depending upon the size of RV space and the size of RV. RVs must be in excellent condition. Please send pictures of all sides to PepperRidge@montechristomh.com so we may review for approval.

Monthly Rates & Security Deposit
RV Space: $795 per month, plus utilities, and $795 security deposit and application approval prior to move in.

For new residents we are currently running a move-in special $100 off Monthly Rate For Your First 3 Months, Call for more details.

Payments
We accept money orders, cashier checks or online payments (Debit/ACH).

Cancellation or Changes
Please notify our team by email or phone by 4 p.m. two days before your scheduled arrival.

Early Departures
There are no refunds for early departures. 30 days notice required, security deposit refunded when notice provided and paid in full.
